PTO: maintain PTO requests in Outlook email folders, post daily requests and changes to the website calendar, send responses to emails when posted, do monthly PTO audit communicate to managers if any PTO is not showing in the Timesheet to complete the audit. Email managers when completed.

Team Meetings: Set up in Outlook, Reserve rooms, arrange Travel for managers, and get meetings started for WebEx or Skype. Take notes as needed for meeting.

Weekly management meetings: Each week post new management meeting document after updating current. Maintain the portion of the document for Birthdays, Anniversaries, and Monthly Totals.

Team birthdays: send email to each team member requesting they send birthday greetings to employee as requested. Compile all emails into one email and send to the birthday person on their day. Reserve conference room monthly for Allen Team birthday event. Order and pick up cake, set up conference room and send out reminders to team about event. Coordinate the event, clean up room.

Arrange any dinners or retirement events for specified group(s)

Review and approve expense reports ever Friday

Org chart maintain and update as needed in Team Website. Print copies

New Hire info: follow checklist by each manager to greet new employee and get them set up to be able to start on their hire date. (this includes submitting Help Desk tickets for badge, photo, seat assignment, supplies at their new seat and any other items that are necessary. Send email to team for them to send their Welcome Email to me – to welcome the new member and compile this and send out on 1st day of new employee.

Badge requests/ replacements: contact Asset Protection as necessary.

Monthly Totals: Go into jSource, Blue Man, Report Builder. Pull monthly Help Desk totals to build the monthly report. When completed email Management team the info.
