Description:

Overview of Banking: The Purpose of banking is to provide a stable platform on which to perform financial transactions. Today the banking industry has become an integral part of any nation’s economic progress. Businesses and governments need money to operate, and banks act as intermediaries between the suppliers of funds and users of funds. Banking provides easy payment and withdrawal facility to its customers. It consist of three modules (i) Loan Organization (ii) Online Banking and (iii) Broker Commission.

Financial services: The financial system helps the process of exchange by making it easier to exchange goods and services by enabling consumers to purchase goods and services using money that the system helps to provide and circulate. Financial services may include stock broking, mutual funds, and investment funds.

Insurances: Insurance actively promotes the health and security of the economy and business environment around the world. Insurance covers both the life insurance and general insurances. Insurance of the policy holder makes the financial security to his family. The main components of the life insurance are a premium payment with the death benefit. The claim policy can be made with the medical report signed by the doctor for the claim amount.

ERP Management information system integrates areas such as planning, purchasing, inventory, sales, finance and human resources. The central feature of all ERP system is a shared database that supports multiple functions used by different business unit. For e.g.: Accounting and sales rely on the same information for their specific needs.

Life Line Hospital Management: Today Hospitals are the essential part of lives, providing best medical facility to people suffering from various illnesses. As the term management includes planning, organization, coordinating, staffing, evaluating and controlling of health services. It contains various modules such as (i) General (ii) Patient Management (iii) Diagnostic report (iv) Inventory (v) Employee and (vi) Accounts.

The General module contains the details of the room registration, operation theater registration, fee charge setup, consultation departments, consulting hours scheduling, and doctors available for consulting and drug advisor setup. The patient management the indoor patient and outdoor patient details can be maintained. Here the treatment given to the patient with the patient history and fees collection registry are all maintained. In Diagnostic report, Reports of the patients will be managed with Reports like Health Check up, Blood Test, Urine Test, and Endoscope record, are generated with the patient name and referred by the doctors name. Inventory management includes aspects such as controlling and overseeing ordering inventory, storage of inventory, and controlling the amount of product for sale. Description:

Budget planner is financial software which is used to manage the financial transactions. It is a web based application any valid user account holder can able to login in this application and can access and can able to manage their account information.

By using this application user can able to manage their finance account like deposit or withdraw or transfer the money details and also able to manage their share or investment oriented information. It consists of the seven modules (i) Accounts (ii) Portfolio (iii) Bank (iv) Payee (v) Category (vi) Schedule and (vii) Reports. User can able to create a new account for them for managing their financial transactions. The Portfolio page is designed to monitor and manage investments. The investments are made according to the type of mutual funds, real estates, commodity and any of bond or currency exchange investment. The contact information of bank details is also added. It also contains the payee information to whom they pay the money. The income and expense details are also maintained in the categories with the monthly budget and yearly budget. The schedule module of recurring bills and deposit is maintained here. Here various kinds of reports with the categories, Last 30 day’s transaction report, Payee wise Report, Investment related reports are viewed.
