Built a Sharepoint-based system to allow for tracking of consultant information and streamlined the onboarding process, resulting in a simplified procedure and greater transparency for hiring managers.

Built and maintained technical guides and visualizations/workflows for complex processes and systems relating to VMO goals. Provided help & training materials for data products used in Research, and facilitated vendor-led training sessions for technical platforms, helping to keep Bridgewater’s investment analysts primed to get the most out of tools from vendors.

Managed the corporate Amex card and expense reporting for the Research VMO.
