* Carrying out suitable and sufficient base line risk assessment, induction of every one onsite, report HSE statistics/HSE concerns for projects, reporting and investigation of accident, identifying and facilitation of training needs, carrying out internal HSE Audit and inspection (active monitory) in order for continual improvement, Establishment of emergency procedures and ensuring everyone know their responsibility in the event of an emergency, facilitate pre-job meeting (tool box talk), preside during HSE meeting and writing of minutes, recommend PPE for employee, carrying out noise survey and making suitable site specific recommendation, issue of permit to work for contractors, establishment and enforcement of waste management procedure.
