Job History

Palm Terrace 2004-2009 : Started as an Activity Assistant, began with calling bingo. As my director was planning on retiring she trained in patient assessment, data entry, collections, and patient daily and monthly planning, answering calls and building programming.

Lakeland Hills Center 2009-2017: Direct patient care, answer calls, assists Doctor and Nurse with patient assessment. Input daily patient data as well as treatments.

Consulate Health Care 2012- 2015: Same duties were required as listed above.
