Designed and performed alkali leaching experiments for efficient Phosphorous removal from Iron ores.

Based on design data, pilot scale trials were performed and the analytical solution worked out.

Continuous leaching process incorporated in the pilot scale optimization.

Project: Process Capability and Gage R&R Study

Worked towards finding the root cause analysis of high rejection by an Auto-Gage machine using Fishbone diagram and PFMEA

Lab scale setup of steam distillation process was developed for separation process. Both limonene and pectin was generated from using same peels
