1997 to 2000 MOTOROLA PCS, Libertyville/Harvard, Illinois

Senior Facilities Engineer. Project managed full range of facilities services for (2) 1+ million sq.-

ft. buildings. Operated in multiple project environment with complete control for clarifying work

scope, obtaining customer requirements, coordinating design criteria, and implementing

construction. Supervised generation of architectural/mechanical drawings; prepared cost estimates,

project budgets and schedules; and ensured compliance with all standards of internal control for

bidding and purchasing.
