Working with the Trident missile life extension program to design tooling and packaging and qualification of magnetic components. Mechanical and electrical design per customer SCD's including mil std 981 verification. This includes working with molders on tooling and utilizing plasma cleaning for filler adhesion. Increased original winding speed of 3000 rpm to 12000 rpm without the use of varnish to adhere the resist wire to the insulated mandrel.
