1.Projects: Finite Element modelling of instrumental panel, axle, mounting bracket (Tetra mesh) quality parameters were maintained according to client’s suggestion.
1.Rigid Body Dynamics Analysis of locking system for C hanger in automotive Industry.
Software: Ansys Workbench 15.0(Rigid Dynamics)
Description: Locking system is used for automotive industry in paint shop process. It is used for locking of vehicle body to the resting attachment of hanger. The project aims at finding forces, displacements of each links by applying various joint connections.
2.Finite Element modelling & to determine the load carrying capacity of digger teeth for a given boundary condition.
Software: HyperMesh 14.0 (OptiStruct), HyperView (Post Processing)
Description: The FE modelling of digger teeth was carried out using Tetra elements stringent quality criteria. Gravity load was applied for given boundary condition. The deformation, stress, multiplier was noted and later design changes were suggested to customer.
3.Finite Element modelling & to determine the strength and rigidity of the Fixture for given loading conditions.
Software: HyperMesh 14.0 (OptiStruct), HyperView (Post Processing)
Description: Meshing of tetra elements was carried out in Optistruct. Boundary conditions and Unit load was applied. The displacement, stress was noted. Analysis was carried out for different materials and suitable design were suggested to customer.
4.Finite Element modelling & to determine strength of BIW skid assembly.
Software: HyperMesh 14.0 (OptiStruct), HyperView (Post Processing)
Description: Skid used for transferring of vehicle in BIW shop process. Skid assembly consists of Resting attachments in which vehicle rests on it. Tetra meshing was carried with stringent quality criteria. Analysis was carried with given loading and boundary conditions.
5.Fatigue analysis of knuckle arm.
Software: Ansys Workbench (Static Structural)
Description: To determine the fatigue life, sensitivity, safety factor for the knuckle arm. Analysis was carried with fine meshing for given loading & boundary conditions.

Master Project: Optimization of locking system for hanger in automotive paint shop industry.
Software: Catia V5, Ansys Workbench (Rigid Dynamics).
Hanger carries vehicle body for painting process. It undergoes different coats (phosphate coat, E-coat). Hanger assembly consists of resting attachments, locking system & dead weight.
Locking system was designed by using hinged support to achieve the desired motion. Locking assembly consists of plate, dead weight, stopper &binary links.
Rigid dynamics analysis is carried out to the locking system to determine the displacement, forces transmitted to each by using given loading & boundary conditions.
1.B.E Projects: Design and effect of inlet air heating exhaust gas recirculation and turbocharged Biodiesel engine. (7 & 8sem)
Software used: Catia V5.
Biodiesel (HONGE) is used due to it is renewable and has lower emissions. Turbo charger will enhance the volumetric efficiency, B.T.E of engine and NOx emissions increases.
EGR reduces NOx emissions. Inlet Air heating increases the percentage of EGR without heating If increased cold air doesn’t get combusted.
Component used: Kirloskar engine, turbocharger, fabricated inlet air heater, exhaust gas recirculation.
2.Automatic Bike Side Stand Retrieval System. (5Sem).
Two wheelers accidents occur due to riding vehicle in high speed, ignore to use helmets, forgetting to lift vehicle stand.
This Project helps to retrieve side stand automatically if rider forgets to lift the stand while moving the bike.
The Sprocket is mounted on the center of the axle and the pushing lever is welded at the front side of axle. As the axle rotates sprocket get engage with chain drive. When sprocket rotates, the axle along with pushing lever rotates.
