Achievements: Successfully completed the 1000 mm Diameter pipeline work the project on the river bank before the completion date.
This project covered comprehensive sewerage system in Pune Municipal Corporation and Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation. The scope of work was laying & jointing of R.C.C. pipes of NP3/NP2 Class of various diameters ranging from 150mm to 1200mm diameters.
Responsible for monitoring and execution of work, quantity and quality control with strict supervision according to L- section R.C.C. pipeline showing the Gradient or Slope of the pipeline, reduced levels, ground levels, invert levels of the pipe, formation level of the Pipeline, depth of Excavation, alignment of the pipeline.

Jun’02 –Dec’05 : Project: Construction of Cement Concrete Road Project for Pune Municipal Corporation.
This project covered comprehensive Construction of Cement Concrete Road in Pune Municipal Corporation and. The scope of work was to construct a Cement concrete road in the municipal areas. Efficiently achieved the target of 6 bays casting in a day.
Performed quality checks on each batch of concrete which included slump testing and performed Compaction factor test on every 5th batch to ensure that the quality of concrete is not adhered at any point during pavement casting.
Supervision of various tests carried out on concrete such as cement content, water cement ratio, workability of concrete, Strength of concrete cubes, flexural strength of concrete beams. Maintained all the quality record in adherence to the relevant IS standards.
Maintained all necessary records of concrete production and also maintained the checklist for pavement based on which checking from PMC was carried out. Proactively identified the areas of quality failure and implemented appropriate corrective measures.
