Job Objective

Seeking Senior Level assignments in Industrial Relations & Labour Welfare, Human Resource Management, Personnel Administration and Corporate Planning with a progressive organization.

Liaisoning with State and Central Govt. Authorities, Pollution Control Board, Railways and Airline Authorities and Local Bodies. This is essential for smooth and efficient functioning of the office. Liasoning with Government authorities, i.e. BSNL, APGENCO, Local Police, Transport Office, Foreigners Regional Registration Office, Ministry of Home Affairs (F-Division). To arrange registration to expatriates and VISA extension etc.

Skilled in handling large workforces, maintaining peaceful & amicable work environment in the organisation and in initiating measures for the benefit of people in the organisation. Proficiency in managing a gamut of Administrative functions through best industrial practices. Executing activities related to compensation management, salary survey, payroll in compliance with all statutory requirement i.e. ESIC, PF, Bonus, Gratuity, & Time Office Management.

Establishing a culture of trust, faith, co-operation & participative management through pro active IR approach.

Maintaining and up-keeping the workmen welfare facilities as per company provision for better working atmosphere at site.

Handling the grievance coming from labour side as required for smooth running the project site.

Monitoring staff welfare facilities as per company rule and managing Contract Workmen, Contractor & Security.

Preparing statutory returns & records related personnel activities.

Recruiting the workforce on project basis on casual basis & maintaining their personal records, leave records & doing the yearly increment and appraisal.

Administration

Interfacing with high level executives both internally/externally in a professional & effective manner.

Managing purchase of office assets / equipments and maintenance of the same; handling infrastructure facility, office automation and maintenance of office building.

Developing vendors for arranging local purchases, etc.

Dealing with Government / Local Bodies and ensuring all statutory compliances.

Organising different type of gala recreational/official events.

Command and controlling discipline, transport, H/k, cafeteria, fire, safety, security, guest house, space requirement, facilities administration & their planning, negotiations and lease agreement contracts.

Managing industrial canteen, which is very sensitive for an industry.
