I was Dm trainee at Movie Gallery. With extensive training and experience. I traveled both within the district and regionally by car and plane. Being co-responsible for 5-6 stores.Cash Handling,Inventory,staffing,Training,maintenance issues,delegating,,HR issues,customer issues that went above store level,loss prevention,public relations,ordering,reporting to regional manager and home office,scheduling,store appearance,all and any paperwork involved with any of the aforementioned responsibilities. During this time, I was able to earn "Store of the Quarter" at my home store. I,of course, can not take full credit.
