Preparation of Invoices Ramp/Cargo Handling & Non Schedule flights for station wise.

Mailing & Dispatching the Invoices to all clients.

Follow-up clients for Acknowledgement (delivery of the invoices) & Mailing Acknowledgement copy to clients for confirmation of delivery of the invoice.

Processing of payment: Timely Sending the mail to clients for status of payment. (if payment not received or no discrepancy report)

Booking of Invoices in Tally.

Daily updation of Revenue Report (Cheque Collection/Cash Collection/Third Party Payment & Other incidental collections) and its counter verification from supporting documents.

Booking of Cash/Cheque Collection in Tally

Booking of Payment Receipts in Tally.

Maintaining the records of Flight Schedule and cancellation of flights if any from station for Schedule Airlines.

Drafting of Provisional Royalty Certificate on Monthly Basis.
