In Silico Prediction and Chemical Synthesis of Novel anti-psoriatic Flavonoid Analogues Designed anti-psoriatic flavonoid analogues were docked against protein target using GOLD (Genetic Optimization for Ligand Docking) software.
QSAR study was performed on best binding ligands obtained from GOLD using VLifeMDS software for predicting models with best biological activities. Bioactive flavonoids obtained by QSAR analysis were synthesized chemically and spectral analysis (MS and IR spectroscopy) was performed to determine authenticity of the flavonoids synthesized.
