Senior Director, Human Resources 2012 to Present

Promoted due to prior success as HR Director. Serve as right-hand to HR VP and develop/execute strategy across multiple areas of focus including compensation & benefits, transition management, training & development, and workforce planning for 750 employees in the US, India, Vietnam, and Canada. Coach senior leaders on numerous multiple HR and employee relations issues. Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations (EEO, ADA, ADEA, DLSA, etc.) Participate in internal ISO audits. Manage facilities for all 13 locations, and control annual budget of $300K.

Led major reorganization and managed RIF of 175 employees (approx. 19% of total staff) to support new business model; drove worldwide process to analyze existing structures and propose staffing changes, and gained buy-in from initially reluctant executive leaders.

Advocated successfully for applicant tracking system (VirtualEdge) and led implementation, integration with existing HRIS (ADP Employease), and user training. New system will improve time-to-fill and eliminate legal issues related to candidate sourcing.

Cut benefits administration costs 43% by identifying a new broker and negotiating a favorable contract.

Served as HR Project Manager for transition of two 401(k) plans from T. Rowe Price to Fidelity Investments while also managing 2014 Open Enrollment for 5 US locations; met all deadlines and ran successful enrollment period.
