Scheduling jobs start to finish and the man hours involved
Material purchasing, receipt inspection and proper storage
In process monitoring of fabrication and installation
Coordinating NDE subcontractors
RT-film interpretation
Final visual and dimensional sign-offs of fabrication and installation
Internal and external equipment inspection
Inspection and tracking of equipment sub assemblies from dismantle, to hydro cleaning and back to re-assembly
Pre-hydro walk downs
Hydro sign-offs
Writing Post hydro punch lists
Field Engineer (final walk-down verifying systems restoration according to P&ID’S and sketching as built drawings where needed)
Coordinating and commissioning of systems turnover to clients (PSSR’s)
