On a day to day basis, I worked as a Cook and Backwash. I would work in Backwash, making mashed potatoes, corn on the cob, green beans, mac and cheese, and gravy. I also helped the cook making chicken with bone, chicken tenders, fried pickles, hushpuppies, and fish. When working as a Backwash I would still help the cook in a rush, after I stocked up the packer line.
