9/2015-Present: Permanency Services Supervisor- Edwin Gould Services for
Children and Families. Providing comprehensive casework and

Support and education for youth and families. Advocate in Family
Court for Kinship families. Conduct educational lectures for
Kinship caregivers and preparing youths aging out of foster care for
Adulthood.
5/09 – 2010: Behavioral Therapist-Family Residences & Essential Enterprises.
Implementing individual treatment plan in a residential setting
for consumers diagnosed with Autism, Mental Retardation and
Mood Disorder. Provide clinical and administrative guidance to all
program staff and conducting assessments. Participating in weekly
supervision . Conducting team meetings and following guidelines
for mandated reporting in New York State.
2/07- 5/09: Director-Family Residences & Essential Enterprises, Inc. Director of
Terry’s Place Continuing Day Treatment Program. Responsible for the
overall operations of the program. Ensuring that the program is in
compliance with agency, government, contractual regulations and
standards. Review program’s budget and provide reports. Prepare
monthly and annual reports. Provide clinical and administrative
guidance to all program staff.
2/97- 12/08: Clinical Counselor (Part Time, per diem)-Faith Mission Crisis Center,
Queens, NY- clinical counselor in an alcohol and drug detoxification
facility. Duties include educational lectures, group work, individual
counseling, conducting intakes, quality improvement, complete
psychosocial, develop master treatment plans and management of
daily operations of the facility for the weekend.
7/06- 2/07: Program Supervisor, Blended Case Management-Federation of
Organizations. Supervise case management teams that provide crisis
Intervention, advocacy, support, access and coordination to individuals in
recovery form mental illness. Enabling individuals to live in the least
restrictive environment of their choice in the community by helping
them develop skills to achieve individual, concrete and realistic
life goals.
2/05- 2/07: Consultant-Family and Community Support Services, Inc. Duties
include developing programs, quality improvement, lectures,
attending and participating in committees affecting the community.
8/02- 4/06: Director-Forestdale Fathering Initiative Program, Queens, NY.
Responsible for supervising the overall functioning of the program,
this includes community outreach, to spreading information regarding
the program. Supervision of five caseworkers, statistical reports,
quality improvement, mentoring supervision, assigning work,
educational lectures, speeches, mentoring and evaluating Staff’s
performance.
6/00- 8/02: Counselor-Lifespire Inc., Jamaica Queens-counselor specialist for
emotional disturbed adolescents aging out of care and in need of an
adult home residential placement.
9/97- 2/98: Teaching Assistant-Queens College, CUNY-worked in SEEK
Learning Skills Center as a reading tutor and an English
