EXPERIENCE

Night Auditor, Courtyard by Marriott, Coraopolis, PA 2016-Present Run the day’s reports, balance the cash intake and maintain the front desk throughout the shift. Handle any guest requests, from checking in and out, any and all needs they may have throughout their stay and drive the shuttle van to and from the airport for guests. Night Auditor, Residence Inn by Marriott, Danvers, MA 2015-2016 Responsibilities included running the daily reports for the hotel, manning the front desk for any and all guest requests. Also set up the morning complimentary breakfast. Airport Operations, JetBlue Airways, Boston, MA 2011-2014 Airport operations entail any jobs that work with the customers. It is a front line position for the company and the responsibilities included working the ticket counter, gates and baggage service. Ticket counter position included making reservations, printing tickets and checking customers in for their flights. Gates position worked in bound flights, including meeting the aircraft by driving the jet bridge, working the outbound flights by preparing the paperwork for the captain, boarding the passengers and maintaining an on time performance. Baggage service included gathering up any unclaimed luggage and writing up reports to get them to their owners, filling out lost luggage claims and answering any customer questions.
