Lead the design, enhancement, management, reporting and oversight of the company’s operations.

Develop process and procedures to increase the efficiency of the sales and support teams. Increasing the support teams output by 10%.

Manage the development of a CRM tool using SugarCRM. Resulting in an increase in efficiency within the organization. Optimized the development/deployment plan, saving 35% a year in costs.
