Total Oil India Pvt. Ltd is a lubricant company which is from France, It is 4th largest company in lubricant segment in outside India and my work was to take the survey of fleets Operators and fleets mechanics to know their buying behavior and also to know the market share of Total oil. Achievements :
Though my work was to do survey, I took initiative and added 4-5 new customers to the company for their lubricant.
Key Learning’s :
• Learned convincing skills.
• Building relationships with dealers as well as their mechanics.
