As a Lab Technical Quality Assurance responsible for testing and troubleshooting in multiple pre-production on (3G/4G/LTE/RF-Volte/UMTS/WCDMA) environments for Ericson and ALU RAN in lab screen rooms on different devices such as Android smartphone, Android tablet, iPhone, iPad, PUK, and Blender (WHP/WHPP for postpaid and prepaid on Smart limits, Visual Voice mail and Data Sponsor. As a Lead on a project was responsible attending meeting and gathering information from the TOL, writing test cases, provisioning Sims in the MIND. Validate the lab environment.

Understanding of the SDLC processes for different project types (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)

Creation of test cases from the TOL to review with the project team.

SIMs creation/provisioning, device setup, billing mediation account creation and lab environment sanity testing prior to project testing.

IRAT and Inter/ Intra BSC/RNC/TAC handover testing.

Used Empirix Hammer tool for generating test calls and verifying call routing

SIP and ISUP protocol trace analysis for assigned routing scenarios

Drive testing for 2G/3G/4G protocol (GSM/GPRS/UMTS/LTE/Volte) handsets using Qualcomm Tools QxDM and Spirent tools such as Datum and NOMAD.

Working knowledge of JDSU, Wireshark, Iris, AcceSS 7, ALM (QC), Openet Query, and Ericsson and Third-Party OAM.

HW Test Engineer (August 2012 – April 2013)

Responsible for setup and maintain lab setup for WHCK Testing, MTE, Dediprog, and Xylinx FPGA

Execute the tests for four CWS components – BT, WIFI, NFC and GPS.

Debugging and testing of different subsystems of tablet hardware

Electronic testing in PCI/PXI Device/testing, Test integration, Regression and Reporting

Bug triage and debugging and TFS to file bugs

Development and testing is done on Windows 8 (consumer preview) using VS 2012 Beta, WDK 8, XAML, C# and WinRT.
