I developed all of the printed and marketing materials for the company. Help conceptualize charts, clinician's manual, posters, HIPAA compliant forms. Worked as a production manager for the digital press department. Created daily press schedule, ordered paper from various paper vendors, scheduled maintenance of digital equipment without hindering our production or deadlines. Managed two digital press operators, at times I had to overlap their work schedules to ensure production commitments were met. Created custom color profiles based on stock and color density. Able to use Eye-One iSiS spectrophotometer to ensure proper color consistency and ensure proper G7 certification on all digital printed material. I am G7 certified to use Konica Minolta digital presses and have been trained to achieve proper color consistency workflow. Hired two digital press operators based on their technical skills and knowledge who to this day are still employed in the company. Established proper procedures in handling paper, creating custom colors and using spectrophotometer for daily color calibration to ensure optimal color output.
