Project #1: Oracle Fusion HCM & Taleo Recruiting Implementation

Client: Sharjah Investment & Development Authority (Shurooq)

Role: Sr. Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant

As part of the implementation of Oracle Fusion for HR System, we have configured Global HR, Oracle Time & Labor, Absence Management & Payroll in the 1st Phase, & Oracle Taleo for Recruiting System, We have gathered all the requirements from the respective client, configured, created and tested them in the test environments and then migrated to Production and handed over to the production support Team. We serve as a point of contact for the escalation to the support Team.

Roles and responsibilities:

Configure the system to meet Business needs

Setting up Core HR configurations.

Setting up of Oracle Time & Labor configurations.

Setting up of Plans, Reasons & Types in Absence Management.

Setting up of Elements Entries, Calculation cards, Consolidation Groups, Salary Details.

We serve as a point of contact for the escalation to the support Team.

We serve as a point of contact for the escalation for the centralized support Teams, also we co-ordinate with HRIT teams to resolve the technical issues.

Perform testing on all enhancements to the Career Link System (Taleo)

Roles and responsibilities:

Involved in setting up the performance management across all the regions for different hierarchy of employees and also handled issues on it.

Elaborating Fit-Gap Analysis proposing possible solutions to develop new functionality and some workarounds.

The project included the implementation of ePerformance module.

Ensures the tasks is delivered on time and produces high quality deliverables

Cloning of the Templates and Maintaining of the Objectives in Objective Bank.

Project #5 : Implementation of OSPD Project (Organization structural Process Development)

Client : HSBC

Role: Project Member

OSPD Project is a project taken up by the HSBC finance team combined with the HR team, to ensure that, there is one to one mapping of company to cost code and department to cost code, which will be very useful for the top management and the global finance team to ensure which cost code is already used and which have to be used and the budget allocation to that cost center.

Roles and responsibilities:

Elaborating Fit-Gap Analysis proposing possible solutions to develop new functionality and some workarounds.

The project included the implementation of new customized fields in the Company table, Department table.

Coordinating with technical leader to align expectations and goals

Ensured that there should be one to one mapping between the company and the cost code and the department and the cost code.

Ensuring that there is one to one mapping between Legal Entity and the cost code relationship.

Given training to all the RST’s so that they make sure that certain required correct departments are added to the newly added customized field.

Prepared and reviewed the Functional documents.

Prepared the user training guides for creating of departments and adding to tree and selecting the appropriate value from the drop down in the HSBC customized field.

Project #6 : HSBC Global payroll Implementation and Support

Client : HSBC

Role : Team Member

PeopleSoft is the core HRMS system for the HSBC Group and is the approved HRMS solution for HSBC HRMS regionalization strategy. Implemented and configured Global Payroll for UAE Region.

Roles & Responsibilities::

Implemented the Global Payroll in Peoplesoft Version 9.1.

Worked on configuration of the Payroll elements like earnings, deductions and all the supporting elements required for the same.

Executed different type of payroll like ONcycle, OFFcycle.

Executed iterative and Segmentation Triggers.

Running monthly payroll for the employees.

Worked on the Post Payroll process includes Reconciliation of data.

Worked and Analyzing on Monthly Payroll Reports.

Requirement gathering, Design and Development.

Maintain production system documentation, knowledgebase, support procedures and workflows.

Tested the DRY run and element execution sequence.
