Lead the strategy, design and administration of all benefit programs. Design benefit programs that are market competitive, meet the business needs and are in line with long-term strategy. Select and manage service partners. Provide ongoing oversight of health and welfare, wellness, retirement, disability, life insurance and leave of absence programs, ensuring excellent service levels and competitive pricing.
