Worked as a team member with the manufacturing engineers in Ichor Systems to provide solutions to organization, flawed schematics, issues involving lost parts.
Responsible for standard deviation reports regarding errors made in the Bill of material of schematics.

TE Connectivity Senior Thesis Project

October 2016 - May 2017 (7 months)
As part of a four student the project new were tasked with is to optimize the readability of a Keyence brand laser and laser scanner
The scanner reads 2D barcodes on different materials such as (steel and carbide)
Responsibilities: Data collector and co-chief in testing procedures
Experimentation through determining different test variables
Experience with changing settings on a Keyence laser and safety protocols that follow it;
Performs team presentations along with team at midterm and final presentation
Understanding of stamping dies processes, moldings, and electrode plating in production area
Exposer to Electric Discharge Machining (EDM) on the production floor
oLearned basic understanding of how the shape of certain materials were created from the use of two electrodes, separated by a dielectric liquid and subject to an electric voltage
oUsually used for the purpose of removing material to create dies for stamping mechanisms
