The New Franklin Learning Center, Philadelphia, PA Served as Cost Estimator for construction of the learning center that included 262,680 sq. ft. of air-conditioned space with an estimated construction cost of $40,015,486. The facility accommodates 1,000 students and includes state-of-the-art classrooms and other educational spaces wired for the latest in computer and multimedia technology. In addition, the facility features a regulation-size gymnasium, locker rooms for home and visiting teams, a weight room, and a 500-seat auditorium, equipped for theatre, dance and video-recording production. Serving as Project Manager, provided services on an “as required” basis to manage the implementation of the Philadelphia School District’s alterations and improvements program that included a variety of renovation projects to school buildings and other school district facilities. Germantown High School, Philadelphia, PA

Served as Estimator for the $9 million, 39 bid packages, Germantown High School renovation consisting of an overall facelift to the facility ranging from providing new library draperies, to the retrofit of the auditorium and the re-piping of the 80-year-old heating system. Harrisburg School District, Harrisburg, PA

Served as Project Executive for the Harrisburg School District project, consisting of the renovation of three elementary schools; Hamilton, Shimmell and Steele Elementary. All three involved the replacement of windows, new roofs, complete renovation of the heating system, and renovation of the entire electrical systems including telecommunications, alarm systems, computers and clocks.
