As an Office Assistant in the PEOPLE Department I was responsible for providing assistance with independent judgment using Microsoft Office Suite. I prepared travel arrangements and maintained schedules for the Director and other management personnel. I prepared correspondence, reports and other office forms from draft, paying attention to details, proof reading for accuracy and editing. I served as liaison to vendors to order merchandise used as incentives given to those signed up to participate in the PEOPLE/PAC program, and maintained PAC data base to keep accurate records of contributions. I was responsible for maintaining the department budget, reconciled and prepared monthly and annual reports.
