CAREER SUMMARY
For about 30 years I have been involved in major projects for Program Planning/Scheduling, Cost Engineering/ Controls and Project Monitoring work other than Design, Estimation, Construction Supervision and Project Coordination.
These Projects were various Civil Engineering Infrastructure, Smart Cities, other non-residential Build & Energy construction, including Roads & Highway, Runway, EPB TBM Tunnels, Pipelines and Land development. I worked on project contract basis with leading international firms in Middle East, Australia and Central Asia apart from indigenous construction works in India.

Name of assignment or project: Abu Hamour Surface & Ground Water Drainage project
The EPBM Tunnel Phase 1 was design and construction of 9.5-kilometre-long and 3.7-meter pre-cast segment lined inside diameter, storm water conveyance tunnel.
The project also included 24 deep access shafts and their adit-tunnel connections for Qatar Public Work Authority (ASHGHAL).

Name of assignment or project: Complex Technology Line (‘K’TL) Seasonal Gap Reduction (SGR)
It was a proposed asset development project and part of the Second-Generation Enhancement (SGE) at the giant Tengiz Oil Field, located on the north-eastern shore of the Caspian Sea in Kazakhstan and was designed to reduce the summer-winter production gap by providing new heat exchanger piping infrastructure facilities to supplement the existing cooling system.

Name of assignment or project : Design & Build projects of combined cycle gas turbine (CCGT) power station to supply 190 MW power including 132 kV Substation and Water Treatment plant to BHP Billiton operated whaleback iron ore mines.
Work included:
1.Civil and U/G Services. This included supply and installation of Pre-cast and Cast-in-situ foundations, pedestals and related Earthworks.
2.Non-Generating Infrastructure (NGI) works. This included Design, Procurement, Construction & Installation including Commissioning of Raw/Fire water, Permeate /Demineralised, Waste Water system and Water Treatment Plant along with ancillary support units for 190 MW Yarnima Power Station Project in Newman of the Pilbara region.

Project: A smart city project on reclaimed land at Bahrain Bay, as a prestigious landmark and with cutting edge design, the International Head Quarters of Arcapita Bank building consisted of 7 floors, including a plant floor and a basement.
Floors 1-5 each provided a panoramic view of the waterfront from the south side of the building. The project comprised quality office space, conference facilities, an auditorium and a restaurant, located in Bahrain Bay, a waterfront real estate development situated on the north coastline of Bahrain.
