● Track and monitor all stone, concrete, pipe runs and project material deliveries. Ensure all materials received have required certification.
● Order various services i.e., truck haul, concrete, equipment service, labor services, construction surveying, fuel, etc
● Review incoming invoices for quote pricing, code per project cost center and enter against proper GL for payment release.
● Create and Update Miss Utility tickets for project.
● Upon project closeout review payments of cost codes and forward to all subcontractors for approval review and release.
● Ensued all HR paperwork in field complete. Negative E-Verify results to reported to Managers.
● Respond to all calls and emails in regards to project, organize all electronic and paper files. All duties other duties administrative in nature.
