DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF NDT COORDINATOR:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF WELDING INSPECTOR:

Main duties of inspectors, verify projects specification, contract quality plan, ITP’s, applicable approved WPS, applicable referring codes & standards.

Verify the consumables to projects requirements at various stages. as stated in approved ITP’s and applicable technical specifications.

Maintaining latest revisions of all reference standards, documents, drawings, and specifications required for inspections.

Verify, ensure and update calibration status of inspection test equipments.

Performed Producer qualifications PQR’s/welder qualifications WQT’s as per projects requirements.

Ensure procured materials confirms as per Materials approval sheets and continuous monitoring of welding consumables as per manufactures recommendations.

Ensure continuous monitoring of daily welding activities, and followed by all Inspections and test requirements before being offered for clients final inspections.

Inspect the Hold points as per approved ITP’s interpret test results and correct the anomalies. Ensure it has been instructed to production team for rectifications.

Indentify and raise NCR’s for non-conformities and verify, monitor corrective actions and coordinate with production team to preventive actions for re-occurrence.

Ensure welding activities and associated area is properly protected from environmental damages and carried in accordance with company’s HSE management systems.

Ensure trained and approved welders are applied on specific jobs for achieving required quality and client’s satisfactions.

Ensure implementation of the relevant procedures, method statements, and work instructions. Page 2 of 5

Maintaining records of calibration status, daily inspection activities, and test equipment as per the Inspection test plan.

Participate in quality audit and take appropriate corrective and preventive actions for closing out the CAR’S.

Verify incoming material inspection in liaison with material controller/stores keeper.

Verify received material inspection and test certificates as per project requirements and client specifications, international codes and standards as applicable.

Ensure PQR and WQT samples are NDE examined & mechanical tested as per project specification requirements are being witness by client/third party.

Ensure procured materials are from client approved suppliers and manufacturers & confirmed in Materials approval sheets and continuous monitoring as per material traceability procedures. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF STATIC SUPERVISOR:

Ensure all PM/CM activities are carried out by EMC contractor and drive performance to meet targets.

Ensure EMC Contractor prepare the static equipment maintenance and inspection plan.

Support / coordinate static equipment inspection program, plans and requirements to reduce equipment downtime and communicate/coordinate plans with field operation to foster better understanding and execution of the set plan.

Prioritize and plan EMC static maintenance workload for all tanks, vessels, RVs, valves, On-Plot piping, pipelines and flow lines.

Scope 'like for like' corrective spool/sectional replacement work in area.

Ensure all long-term/temporary, On-Plot piping, flow line/pipeline repairs - clamps, section replacement, etc. gets carried out as per set plan by EMC or ODC Contractors.

Custodians of the asset temporary repair register.

Plan all major tank/vessel outages to reduce duration/deferment.

Ensure all work orders are raised/issued and are executed on time as per set plan.

Ensure equipment condition monitoring trending and analyses are carried out and resultant actions are recorded.

Provide static maintenance input into the Operations Business Plans/program build for area.

Ensure maintenance data quality in CIMS and drive improvements.

Carry out QA/QC on completed CM/PM work.

Manage annual static maintenance budget for area.

Carry out RCA on bad actors in own sphere to drive improvement.

Ensure full compliance of static equipment in area.

Support RBI/online techniques to increase maintenance efficiency.

Liaise with Inspection Department for any immediate & long-term site inspection requirements.
