Assist General Counsel with all legal filings, contracts and correspondences

Answer incoming telephone calls, transfer calls to the respective person, and/or take complete messages when persons are not available.

Receive, sort and distribute all incoming mail/invoices.

Prepare and send out all outgoing mail (including packages shipped via FedEx, UPS, and courier service).
