Was hired to manage a 4-doctor Infectious Disease practice who had never had a manager before. The practice was/is growing at a very rapid pace and they needed someone to help put together a team to get the practice running with the new practices and procedures. The practice is growing, currently seeing 120+ patients per day and they did not know how to run it correctly.
