Schedule charter buses and drivers to maximize the numbers of trips the company can book
Check mileage for trips to verify that all trips follow the regulations in place by the MS Department of Transportation
Work closely with the transportation department for the MS Army National Guard to provide buses for monthly, scheduled drill weekends, flights out of the state, and any other transportation needs any Mississippi units might have
Reserve Budget and U-Haul luggage trucks for MS Army National Guard units when needed.
Map routes for drivers to make sure they follow all regulations set by MDOT and DOT
Book hotels for drivers and confirm that all reservations are complete before scheduled trips.

Help deal with mechanic bus issues when on call by contacting road-side service
