oMet with contractors for both stores to do day-by-day processes for construction, budget for materials and payroll for hourly team members, staffing for each store and timeframe for completion.

Executed Safety Processes and Procedures for store remodel
oPartnered with each Store Team Lead, Asset Protections Leader, and the Group Facilities Manager to set deadlines based on company goals to complete both projects, set safety measures for overnight procedures and processes for key carriers, and allocated payroll for each store based on store volume and construction moves.
Maintained Controllable Costs for Project Supplies and Contractor Escalation issues
oPurchased additional supplies needed for construction build and escalated unforeseen issues with construction.
oPartnered with Offsite Group Remodel Leader for renegotiation of the budget for supplies and saved 30k in reconstructing the store remodel. This increased a return time for resources and materials needed for unforeseen construction issues with both stores.
