I am an associate with Applicomp (VIDEOCON) for the last 9+Years. Currently I am working as a Engineer in Production of CE products mobile manufacturing (CTV &LEDTV&REFIGERATOR&MOBILE)

Job Responsibilities:

Workout to achieve the targets as per the production plan.

Increasing the UPH (Unit per Hour) & productivity by implementing various innovative ideas.

Establishing quality system for consistent quality products.

Coordinate with new product implementation

Achieve FTR goals.

Monitor and Control the process rejections.

Educating the Operators about the product and product features.

Training and control of operators and Technicians

Defective parts management (OS & D)

Preparing Daily and month wise production report.

Organizing the 5S Activities

Conducting Internal Audit

Prepares reports by collecting, Defects monitoring & analysing, and summarizing data weekly/Monthly basis; making MIS report.

ISO Documents preparation like SOP/Manual.

Provide training for ESD, T5S, 3R, 6Tool & Visual management to Production & Quality people.

Analyze all products and non-conforming processes and evaluate all documents to ensure maintenance of optimal quality and prepare monthly reports to evaluate performance.

Manage all work methods and maintain knowledge on all quality assurance standards and monitor continuous application for all quality assurance processes and recommend corrective actions for all processes.

Coordinate with various departments to evaluate all product design, prepare schedule, evaluate all software documentation to ensure technical accuracy and ensure all schedule work within required timeframe.

Maintain the all Q-Target as per KPI.

Ability to translate customer requirements into implementation plans

Product Specification Establishment, Verification as per customer and Product requirement.

Defects Monitoring and Analysis with the help of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Quality Defects symptoms Vs Yield reports with the help of Quality Tools for Preventive Action Plans and System Full Proofing.

Infrastructure reviewed for New Product or Model Development.

FPA, Engineering & BOM, Process Flow (QCFC) and, Establishment and submission to the concern Department.

PP Report creation and reviewing for the Mass Production Compatibility.

Process Flow establishment for Product Assemblies.

Ensure for product reliability testing as per product.

Layout making for product subassemblies, machine and 5S.

Ability to translate customer requirements into implementation plans

Product Specification Establishment, Verification as per customer and Product requirement.

Infrastructure reviewed for New Product or Model Development.
