OBJECTIVE:

Professional Experience: APRIL-2017 to Till Date
Project : Rehabilitation and upgradation of Existing NH-67 from Km - 695+000 to 741+950 (Atmakur to Nellore section ) to two lane with paved shoulder in the state of Andhra Pradesh under NHDP-IV.
Position : Trainee Engineer in QC Lab & Surveying(Total station).
Responsibilities : Concrete Mix Designs, PQC, DLC Designs & TOTAL STATION.
PQC Mix Designs with different admixtures as per IRC: 44(2011), IRC 15(2011) MORT&H Section 600, Testing of PQC Beams and Cubes for their respective compressive strengths for 7 days and 28 days and accessing its results for Proposed use in site.
Testing of cement for various grades as per IS: 4031 part 1, 3, 4 and 5 Indian standard code specifications and Testing of compressive strength of cement motor cubes for various grades in 3,7 & 28days as per 4031-part 6
DLC Mix design trails and Obtaining MDD and OMC. Casting Cubes for compressive strengths for 7 days accessing its results for proposed use in site.
Concrete Mix designs M10PCC, M15PCC, M20PCC, M25RCC, M25Kerb, M30RCC, M35RCC, M35RCC Pile, M40RCC, M45RCC, as per IS: 10262. And testing of cubes as per IS: 516 and MORT&H 1700.
Testing of approval for coarse aggregate, Fine Aggregate and Cement tests as per is codes.
Checking the compaction of different road layers by performing field density testing with the use of sand replacement method and nuclear density gauge.
Testing of soil properties by Classification of soils (IS-1498),Grain size analysis (IS-2720 Part 4),Free swell Index (IS- 2720 Part 40),Consistency limits of soils (IS- 2720 Part-5)
Co-ordinates Carrying from TBM to PQC,DLC alignments and structures design marking.
