Design Engineered To Order centrifugal gas compressors per Customer specs using Euler’s turbine equation, heat transfer analysis for gas-to-water and gas-to-Air exchangers, and piping loss calculations.
Select gearing and lubrication systems suitable for calculated horsepower.
Create ISA based PID’s and instrument data sheets for proposals and control system design. Specify and procure quotes for PLC, DCS, SCADA, and microprocessor based control systems.
Procure quotes for accessories including motors, turbines, control valves, filters, coolers and starters.
Complete Buyer data sheets for Air Separation, API, chemical and other industries.
Cost materials, Engineer and Labor hours for the complete offer.
Write technical and commercial proposals including performance curves, scope of supply description, drawings, data sheets and commercial terms.
Quote Aftermarket & Service including spare parts, commissioning, Future/Present upgrade
Negotiate both technical and commercial aspects before and after order.
