(Jan. 1998-Sept. 1998) “Campos de Alvarez” 500-lot residential community, located in Moreno, Buenos Aires, Argentina. Project required the installation of underground irrigation systems for golf course, the construction of tennis and soccer courts. As Foreman, was directly responsible for the development of the fresh water (1 mile / 160-110 mm) and sewage network (3 miles x 16”-12” diameter). Collaborated with project manager for high-density natural gas network (1.1 mile / 180-50mm), employing electrofusion. Supervised one assistant and a team of 20 workers.

(Oct. 1998-Dec. 1998) “Bella Vista” residential community, Zarate, Buenos Aires, Argentina. Installation of .6 miles (elastic joint) Class 6 PVC; installed 2 independent water meters for each lot.

(Jan. 1999-Oct. 1999) “Boca Raton Country Club” 600-lot residential community. Responsible for the installation of high-density polyethylene natural gas network (1.7 miles / 125mm-50mm); installed a high-pressure natural gas steel pipeline (25kg/cm2 x 102mm diameter. Installed pressure-regulating station (25kg/ cm2 - 3kg/ cm2) with a capacity of m3/h. Supervised 2 foremen, 1 assistant, 1 draftsman, and a team of 45 workers.

(Nov. 1999-Mar. 2000) “Falabella-Ford” corporate project. Installed a high-pressure natural gas steel/polyethylene pipeline, requiring passage through a busy highway, traffic tunnel and railroad lines; also installed a pressure-regulating station (25kg/ cm2 - 3kg/ cm2) with a capacity of m3/h. Supervised 5 foremen, 2 assistants, 1 draftsman, and a team of 60 workers.

(Mar. 2000-May. 2000) “Maquinista Savio”, residential community located in Escobar, Buenos Aires. Installed 1.4-miles of high-density polyethylene natural gas network (180mm-50mm), using a directional drilling device.
