Distinguished University Professor at University of South Florida I had Mohamed in both a Data Mining and a Machine Learning class. He was in the top 5 students in both classes. His project work was excellent. He came to class, asked good questions, and answered questions. An enthusiastic student, he would always ask if he had any problem he was unsure of, which was rare. You could tell he enjoyed learning and wanted to learn. He is an excellent student, very hard working (which is a very important habit in my experience), shows enthusiasm, worked well in a team, and was very pleasant. When I commented about him to another faculty, they also said he did excellently in their class. I expect whoever hires him will have an outstanding contributor to their success joining them. I am pleased to give him my highest recommendation. Yao Liu(ac042f@r.postjobfree.com)

Assistant Professor at University of South Florida To Whom It May Concern,

I am a faculty from the Department of Computer Science at University of South Florida. I got a chance to know Mohamed in fall 2015, during which he took my course Introduction to Algorithms. He performed quite well in this course, and he got an A grade in my class. Mohamed is also very active in the class. He can raise many in-depth questions regarding the learning material, which really impressed me. Mohamed attends all class lectures and he demonstrated a very good study attitude. I was actually surprised that he was able to handle this course pretty well and showed me a very solid analytic background. During the course study, he kept performing very well and finally was ranked one of the top students in the class. In addition to academic performance, he is a polite student and behaves respectfully toward his peers and superiors. Based on my observation of him, I believe he is an excellent student, who exhibits a great potential for carrying out computer science research or important tasks. I fully support his nomination. If you have any questions at any time, please feel free to contact me. Sincerely yours,

Yao Liu

Professor of CSE at University of South Florida

Mohamed was a student in two of my graduate courses: Computer Vision and Biometrics. These advanced graduate courses require very strong analytical abilities as well as significant programming skills. Mohamed was among the most attentive and dedicated student who frequently visited my office with well thought out questions to improve his knowledge of the course content. He performed very well in both programming assignments and exams. I strongly support his application. Mohamed is a very nice and quiet person; but he speaks with a strong accent. While his technical skills are excellent, I initially found it hard to understand what he was saying. I have advised him to speak slowly to enhance his verbal communication skills. Professor and Vice-Chair at Department of Computer Science and Engineering, USF Mohamed was a student in my graduate image processing class. He performed well in both theoretical and programming portion of the class and received an A grade.
