Responsible for overseeing the Instrument Operations department, supervise manufacturing staff, as well as performing investigation, and troubleshooting activities when necessary. This includes ensuring production floor in an effective, and safe environment through on the floor observation, direction, and participation.

Work effectively with cross functional teams to establish two new protein analyzer lines in two years.

Lead the instrument team successfully met company shipping goals with minimal backlogs.

Successfully increase the production efficiency of Wes instrument line volume from $ 2.0 million to $ 3.5 million, Maurice line volume from $1.8 million to $3.6 million per quarter over 2 years with minimum change of department head counts.
