Production Supervisor
• Responsibilities for the assembly for custom displays meeting specific customer requirements
and quality expectations.
• Direct, manage, train, observe seven line leaders and up to 150 temporary line workers, meet
production deadlines while maintaining efficiency, manage reviews, recommendations for
workforce promotions, and various other office/warehouse duties
• Code workforce time cards to ensure the time is properly recorded to each specific job
• Responsible for making sure we have the proper number of people on a production line to meet
production and shipping deadlines.
• Set up production lines for maximum efficiency, altering the line in areas that are not
performing up to efficiency standards. Timing workstations, changing to a different
technique if needed, and make sure that parts are replenished in a timely manner preventing
the production lines from going down.
• Train all employees, line leaders, and temporary workforce, to ensure they are prepared for
the assigned workstation
• Conduct quality line checks at scheduled times each day, on finished products as well as
individual pieces
• Responsible for maintaining communications with different departments on schedule changes,
shortages, damaged or defective parts
• Report production every day and check the efficiency of each job running making changes in
the line as necessary
• Responsible for all the employees and temporary workers’ well-being, attendance, feedback
and when need disciplinary actions
• Ensure entire workforce uses PPE in all areas where it is required and that any changes or
updated are communicated to them
• Directly responsible for streamlining different production processes by eliminating wasted
time (parts not readily available, improving assembly procedures, keeping the conveyor
moving at a cycle timed pace), to have our company reach its most profitable year in 30
years.

• Audits in different warehouses, inspection of molded parts coming off the production lines,
testing and verifying specifications on parts, placing holds on parts that do not measure up
to the specifications.
• Worked directly with the engineering department on testing and developing new products,
writing various reports on findings of tests.
• Answering of phones in the consumer response department, giving instructions on
installations, missing parts, damaged parts, placing replacement orders.
