Checking for consistent spray patterns, overlap, defects, and hand ratio mixing. Maintain OSHA and EPA requirements of wastes handling/disposal of paint and chemicals. Oversee multiple teams of employees up to 70 total employees. Provide daily goals, improvements, feedback to management team. Order needed supplies for manufacturing area daily. Microsoft Office software familiarity: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

5-years Quality assurance experience insuring product is built to engineering drawings, diagrams, and work instructions. Daily audits on finished units and in process production. Safety critical areas checked for fitment and torque values.

4-years Production line experience implementation of new products, frame, suspension, exhaust systems, engine mounting, driver control module assemblies.
