Design Project:

Title : Design of single column residential Building

Duration : 45 days

Description : Many advancement have been implemented in residential building. Our aim of the project was to design a single column residential Building. It is designed that the entire load of the structure was directly distributed to the single column and it was designed theoretically. Our project was to increase the web height more than 5ft. above the ground level. On account of analysis of the previous & existing mono column buildings this project was planned and executed.

Description : Every human being has an inherent liking for a peaceful environment needed for his pleasant living at the safe and convenient location. Nowadays it becomes an important one to show their unique in the style appearance and their luxurious cost of living in the society. People living in the competitive environment get relaxed themselves and they can have a chance to get in contact with neighborhood. Thus villa provides all the above components by the satisfaction of the customer and to satisfy their basic needs like drainage, sanitation facilities and protection from the allied forces. It also provides all basic needs for the children. On the basis of above component the houses are designed and estimated.

Participated in Auto CADD competition in PITS College, Tanjore.
