Based on the different roles, each module is interchangeably used within the application. OBIEE reports are generated based on the different data selection criteria.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Project Description: This application provides functionality for employers and employees of a company to enroll for their services to get the medical services from the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan (BCBSM). The enrollment is going to be done as an e-enrollment and the system sends the filled up forms to the underwriter and the underwriter for further processing scrutinizes those forms.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Involved in creating test plan, test cases and test scripts.

Involved in Creating Manual test cases using HP ALM.

Conducting bug-triage meetings with the internal teams and other functional leads.

Note: TxVia was acquired by Google, Inc. and I was converted as an employee of Google, Inc. starting from June 2012.

Analyzed TxVia Servers and data from the corresponding Client processor data structures to design migration plan. Collaborated with program Managers and developers to define processes necessary for successful migrations with no data loss. Worked with clients to understand their requirements and ideas on data transfer and payment processing.
