All switchgear and disconnects from the 230KV to 4160 transformers, main disconnect repairs and maintenance of 230KV to 1500 MV transformers which was the arc furnace power supply. Inside the foundry, I maintained the overhead 80 ton cranes for charging the furnace, secondary crane for moving the ladles and 40 ton scrap crane. Responsible for the electrical operation of the plant on the 6 pm to 6 am shift. This included general repairs of steel process from scrap to finished billet. Maintained all types of controls and bag house systems and blowers and motor control for dust collection and instruments for particle measurement.
