Ensure customer satisfaction before, during, and after services are rendered by coordinating with rounding geriatric psychiatry providers and providing support to staff within those skilled nursing facilities to facilitate optimal patient outcomes.

Hired to assist, guide and make changes as required to allow behavioral healthcare organizations to improve efficiencies in organization chart structure, divest programs, increase clinical effectiveness of staff, improve staff productivity, create program curriculum and train staff in its execution, implement best practices and metrics to measure performance, and develop and improve billing flows to improve revenue. Worked in the hospital Emergency Department providing psycho-social assessments for those in behavioral and substance induced crisis. Responsible for meeting the behavioral health needs of patients of all ages on all five campuses via tele-psych equipment. Substituted in the in-patient psychiatric Behavioral Health Units alleviating immediate psychological distress and meet discharge needs. Creation and control of $40 million annual budget. Successfully negotiated lower rates with vendors to come in under budget saving $6000 monthly.

Appointed to the Affiliation Executive CQI Team which monitored CQI activities for all programs at Talbert House and Centerpoint Health.
Part of the team that monitored and intervened for success integrated primary health care and behavioral healthcare at two agency sites in collaboration with The HealthCare Connection as part of a grant from the Healthcare Foundation.
Increased submission and improvement rates of the Ohio Consumer Outcomes (Ohio Scales) by 20% and 74% in programs managed. This enabled the agency to receive $109,000 in incentive funds from the mental health board.
