Maintenance Supervisor US Army Fort Hood, Texas JAN 2014 - Present
Supervised all levels of maintenance on tracked and wheeled vehicles, construction equipment; water pumping; air compression and pneumatic tools; powered bridging and their associated trailers and material handling equipment (MHE) special purpose equipment maintenance activities to include: (1) Power Generation Equipment; (2) Air Conditioning/Refrigeration Systems; and (3) Quartermaster and Chemical Equipment, Infantry and 16 pieces of Artillery Fire Control Systems and Equipment, and related test equipment repairs on small arms and other infantry weapons and towed artillery. Maintained a 98% Operational Rate on all equipment. Served as the Senior Maintenance Advisor to the Afghanistan National Army during my deployment in 2014. Reorganized the training and produced a service schedule that increased their operational readiness by 45%. Over saw the daily operations of the Dining Facility, Maintenance Operations, Helicopter Landing Zone, and the Forward Armament Refuel Point ensuring that the area of operations had constant sustainment support.
