Chartering of Panamax, Mini Cape Vessels, Supramax, Handy Max size parcels of import raw materials from the market around the world of various locations, East Coast America, Persian Gulf, Mediterranean, India, China, Iran with optimized freight rate. Export of steel cargo, billets, rebar, hbi to all ports in PG, Europe, India, Far East, Ethopia, Kuwait, Qatar, USA, Italy, Indonesia, Taiwan in various size parcels catering to the client requirement with optimized freight rate.

Pre and Post Fixture activities including devising charter party terms, laytime finalization, claims handling, bunker procurement.

Logistics on road supervision with monitoring the fleet of transporters to ensure time bound dispatch is envisaged.

Duty claim on raw materials with port and customs, Ministry of Chamber of Commerce, with import and export countries are documented with facilitation of royal decree in line with HS Code devise of all items to obtain duty draw back amount.

Worldwide Network of contacts with Ship owners, Ship brokers, Ship Operators, cargo buyers, ship agents, cargo shippers are sought for various trade cargoes including shipment of steel cargoes. System in SAP processed for all shipping related transactions including MS Office presentations towards generation of Management Information System. Continuous followup with Finance Department, Production Planning Department, Marketing Department in all import and export cargo flow including sales contract, LC terms negotiation on shipping aspects are looked into ensure process flow is established to meet customer satisfaction. All payables and receivables are channelized through SAP System to ensure error free transactions to facilitate generation of various reports.

Charter Party terms to ensure Zero Demurrage concept with quick turnaround in the import and export cargo process.

Reporting to CEO / Head of departments as and when shipping and logistics budget analysis made with presentation on Profit and Loss statements.

2. Working with Bahrain Bulk Trade, Bahrain DGM - Operations, to cater Limestone Trade, ship chartering, pre and post fixture, Shipping functions - 15/09/ 2014 – 31/12/2014. Scope – Reporting to Managing Director, General Manager PAGE - 2

The firm engaged the position with intention to promote as General Manager as promised and have resigned from previous employer at Singapore and joined in good faith and after induction the job scope indicated as per Shipping Profile was performed to the satisfaction of the Management and further noticed the in-differences between the Management and the General Manager was found and they declared my profile do not suit their requirement of the trade of the organization. Was involved in fixing the cargo barges with tugs for charter on long term and short term charter for aggregates within Persian gulf and is responsible for commercial, operations task including the budget analysis.

Further had to search on new job and joined with Jindal Shadeed Iron and Steel, Sohar, Oman in April 2015.

3. Working with IOF Pte Ltd, Singapore, as Operations / Commercial Manager, to cater ship chartering, pre and post fixture, Shipping functions - 01/04/ 2010 – 31/07/2014. Scope – Reporting to Chief Executive Officer.

The firm is catering to the support of Coal trading firm based in India and chartering to the tune of about 15 vessels a month of Supramax / Panamax / Cape Vessels to meet the supply and demand of coal cargo.

Leading the Organization for vessel fixation, liaision with ship brokers, owners, vessel agents, stevedoring agents, shippers, receivers, marketing team, trading team, to ensure smooth flow of shipping operation and the team size of about 10 personnel are successfully controlling the whole operation. Self independently handling, Budget analysis, Cost control economics, Cargo Stowage Plan, PNI Club Insurance, Damage Claims, Planning of Pre fix / Post Fix operations, Shipments, Documentation procedures of L/c, Tonnage procurements in liaision with Marketing Department, Logistics, liaision with government authorities, ports, customs, other associated parties to smooth cargo operation to end users.
