Managing the SOW of M-36 Complex in Rehabilitation Project (REHAB).

-Managed the shutdowns of a $65m budget project to achieve min. shutdown durations and production deferral.

-Led several workshops and developed TAR’s business case to show different shutdown scenarios and successfully managed to select the optimal shutdown option in terms of production deferrals, costs, risks and project’s benefits.
